Gentle Yoga - Perfect for those recovering from an injury, for seniors, those wanting a soothing introduction to yoga postures or for practiced yogis wanting to slow their practice down and see how less truly can be more. This class will strengthen joints, bones and muscles using breathing, meditation and simple asanas (postures) that can be adjusted for the individual.

Hatha Yoga - A practice which will commonly teach a threefold system: techniques to control the mind by controlling the breath; physical postures (asanas) are meant to bring comfort, flexibility and strength to the muscles, joints, bones, internal organs; and deep relaxation or even meditation, aiding both the mind and the body into a place of blissful peace.
Hatha Flow - More challenging then a basic Hatha, however, the instructor is skilled and encourages modifications available to all levels.
